If your My Number Health Insurance Card cannot be read at the reception counter of a medical facility, etc., you can receive medical services covered by health insurance by presenting your Health Insurance Eligibility Information Notice and My Number Card. However, you cannot receive insurance-covered medical services with the notice alone.
