After the conventional health insurance card has been discontinued, how can I receive medical care at a medical facility?

Please use the My Number Health Insurance Card if you are able to do so (if you have completed registration).
If you are unable to use the My Number Health Insurance Card (if you have not registered), please use the Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate issued by Astellas Health Insurance Society.
