It is not uncommon for cavities and periodontal disease to progress without a person realizing it.
Therefore, it is very important to have regular dental checkups around every three to six months.
Early detection and early treatment can minimize pain and the stress of treatment.

| How to Apply | Application is not required The Health Insurance Society will check your medical services statement and automatically award points for each Pep Up user. |
| When Points are Awarded | Since the Health Insurance Society is usually able to check your medical services statement approximately two months after the month of your checkup, points are awarded around three months later. You will receive notification from Pep Up when you are awarded the points. |
Periodontal Disease Risk Assessment
We are conducting a Periodontal Disease Risk Assessment for early prevention and to prevent severe cases of periodontal disease from developing.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to develop interest in your dental health and consciously engage in self-care.
Eligible persons: Insured individuals who will be aged 25, 30, or 35 as of the end of March of the current fiscal year.
No application is necessary. An assessment kit will be sent to your home. (Shipping starts around late May)
