To support dental health, we are offering a dental cleaning subsidy (self-pay). Please take advantage of this opportunity.

| Notes | Insurance-covered treatment (involving use of insurance card) is not eligible. Applications will be rejected if the receipt does not clearly state the name of the medical institution, date, and amount. Please obtain a separate receipt for this service that does not combine other medical treatments. |

| Settlement Period | For services received by March 31 of the relevant fiscal year, please apply by April 10 of the following fiscal year. |
| Payment Timing | Scheduled for the month following application |
| Payment Method | For current employees, payment will be included in your salary. For voluntarily and continuously insured individuals, payment will be transferred to your registered account. |
| Other Notes | E-mails regarding pending approvals, the application being returned for corrections, or completed approvals will be sent during the application process. If the application is returned for corrections, comments about the issues will be included. |
